Spending my Christmas holidays at this cozy hotel was a delight. the rooms were well equipped with heaters and comfy blankets to keep us warm in the chilly weather. I loved the spectacular views of the mountains which provided the perfect backdrop for our holiday photos. the staff were friendly and offered great service which added to the overall experience. We also enjoyed indulging in traditional Christmas dishes which were delectable.

That the hotel was situated on a steep hill which made it a bit difficult to walk or drive up. It would have been helpful if there was a shuttle service or an easier route to access the hotel.

The location can be a bit inconvenient as it is quite a distance away from the main city area, requiring a tuk-tuk ride to access amenities and attractions.
